An innovative startup with solid roots
Human Plus, comes from an idea of Pierfranco Occelli, one of the founding members, and other experienced psychologists in human resources and IT services.
Despite being completed in January 2017, Human Soft Skill software has solid roots. This is the evolution of software that the same work and computer psychologists have accomplished over 10 years ago and has been used in large corporate contexts. This is the history:
2004 - THE ALGORITHM
Since 2004, Pierfranco Occelli, with other colleagues in the IRI management company, has contributed to the creation of an algorithm that makes personnel selections easier and more efficient.
2006 –IMPORTANT CUSTOMERS
Since 2006, the software and selection algorithm are used, among others, by Leonardo Company and the Savings Cases and by former employment agencies.
2010 - THE FIRST PHASE IS INTERRUPTED
In those years, however, the Italian human resources market is still not ready to automate the processes, and in 2010, the software development stops for the closure of the company. Computer technicians and psychologists devote themselves to other activities.
2015 - THE IDEA RESTORES AND GROWS
During 2015, some of these professionals have decided to resume and expand the idea, have been contacted companies in the industry, and there has been interest in these software, the Applicant Tracking System, which automates the selection process. They also start to spread among SMEs.
2016 –FOUNDATION of HUMAN PLUS
At the beginning of 2016, with the funding of the innovative startup Human Plus srl; software development has begun on a completely web platform, algorithms have been updated and improved.
2017 - THE SOFTWARE HUMAN SOFT SKILL
In January 2017, the first version of the software was released. The software was named Human Soft Skill to highlight the diversity represented by the selection algorithm, which is also based on cross-functional skills (Soft-Skills).
HUMAN PLUS TEAM
Founder of Human Plus, coordinates the technical development team.
He combines his experience as Work-Psychologist and selection expert, with computer skills and the ability to create complex and innovative software projects.
Director Founder of Human Plus, company director, coordinates marketing and administration.
An expert in accounting and management control, alongside leading consulting firms, coordinated and implemented corporate restructuring and reorganization projects. Efficiently uses information systems and 'Business Intelligence'. He has gained experience as Administrative and Financial Director.
Elidea professionals participated from the beginning to the project and completed and validated the Soft Skill test. Elidea was born on 21 March 2006 by a project by Andrea Mazzeo and Enrica Piermattei, Labor and Organizational Psychologists. In the association, they share ideas, activities and passions with other colleagues specializing in the various forms of interventions applied to the field of work.
